According to HK post office:

3. I need to track my orders 📍/ I need a cheaper shipping fee 😩💸
The default shipping method is by AIR for all regions outside Hong Kong WITHOUT tracking. So if you need surface ordinary shipping or tracking or any specific shipping needs, please contact me 🤗.

Tracking : need extra HKD $ 17 for all regions and I will send you the tracking number~
Surface ordinary shipping: cheaper shipping method. But NO refund !! cause the shipping is by sea and takes double the original time, so I cannot ensure the quality 😔.
REFUND :
only for local and Air transport
If there is obvious production problem, faulty product or wrong product item delivered, I am so sorry for that 😓

2. choose compensation method : either one
a) full refund: but need to pay the shipping fee and ship the faulty product back to me
b) Discount for your next order and I will send you the extra correct order

PACKAGING:
I will use bubble bag which is water and shock resistant to protect the product but I will avoid over-packaging at the same time.
